Times are ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time) which is UTC-3. This week Castle appears to be the same time as the US east coast/midwest broadcast on ABC.

10 pm, they moved Castle to CTV2 and Smash is now with the 8 pm slot on CTV… :( so same time than ABC
