Not that this matters much, and for the record I think this bill is the most ridiculous thing ever, the wording bothers me. ‘involuntary vaginal penetration’? It makes it sound like they’re raped. It’s an transvaginal ultrasound, something that isn’t just done when you’re pregnant, but which you should get done regularly by your OB/GYN. If performed correctly, it doesn’t hurt at all, you don’t feel anything more than a slight discomfort. 

Again, I will say that I don’t agree with this bill, at all. I think it’s a ridiculous attempt to guilt trip women and it disgusts me. But I don’t think demonizing regular medical procedures is the way to go about this.
